Termination

Upon termination, client shall pay for all services performed up to the termination date. We will return or destroy client confidential information as requested.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• First, through good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, through mediation with a mutually agreed mediator
• If mediation fails, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Arbitration shall take place in Connecticut, United States

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms
